Something I've just realised!!! Not a single snowy pic

Not exactly snowy, and I know ive missed this years calendar (forgot about it, then ended up running round like a blue arsed fly!) - but for the year after this would have done for xmas maybe!



Also, Ive got a full quality pic of Rich's Mig doing the donut at rufforth... Give me a shout if you want it mate.

When Daz and I went through the pages and pages of pics to shortlist the 66 we skipped over a lot of duplicates because of this exact reason. Maybe next time it will have to be strictly 1 shot per car on the shortlist.

When Daz and I went through the pages and pages of pics to shortlist the 66 we skipped over a lot of duplicates because of this exact reason. Maybe next time it will have to be strictly 1 shot per car on the shortlist.

Or do a vote stricly on all the shots of the car to find the favoured one that members want to see.



Also there will allways be the situation where if 18 pics are voted on for a calendar starting in january, then what happens if the one with snow on gets th place making it August, and the one with a christmas tree gets 4th place making it April.

Obviously there has to be a consideration for the 4 seans we (Should) have.


It's a difficult job and appreciated by all, but there will be time's where decisions will have to be made as an after thought

The order they appear isn't decided by the votes so a snowy or xmas tree pic won't appear in a summer month. I'm sure we (the royal we that is) will take all of the comments on board ready for the next run of calendars. As the old saying goes 'you can't please all of the people all of the time'

Many folk put alot of work into the forum, stickers, shirts, tax disc holders, spanner work, parts & more. What with the meetings where members show off thier pride & joys i think group shots should be allowed next year as it shows the fun we have at meets, & the friends we make (& argue with)! It's enough the Beastie made it to the last knockings, i'm happy with that. 8-)
   I'll still order two calenders as i voted for most of the winning pics so will enjoy seeing them every day in print.
