I thought we killed more than that every year anyway .....yum, beef and lamb, my favourite!

I much prefer good old Welsh lamb....to the New Zealand variety......far more tender....and with a better flavour in my view....

IMHO, with the frozen Kiwi Lamb; the fat content 'ages' (despite the refrigeration) and makes the flesh taste most odd.
