a reminder....
« on: 22 December 2009, 12:19:30 »

check your spare tyre! I just stocked up the car with winter kit in case i get stuck again (blanket, food, water ect) decided to check the spare, it was hugely under inflated.

You want your spare usable in weather like this  :y

As my LPG tank is in the spare well, I'm relying on a can of Tyre weld stuff. Hope it works  ;D

Shovel and grit :y

I used to carry when the weather was bad, it's not bad here at the moment, but you never know.

Pre miggy ownership I owned a VW beetle.
The grit was for weighing the front down, and the shovel for digging others out. ;D

If its bad, I tend to throw a flask of hot water and a couple of boxes of cuppa soup.  If nothing needed, nothing wasted :)
