Not a New Years Resolution, as such, but going on a diet next week (guests this weekend, so rude to "fast" ). More a survival technique than a resolution --- if I go up another waist size I am going to top meself

I did my usual, cooked enough for ten. More went in the bin than was eaten. I've saved some of the meat for sandwiches, but that will end up getting slung as well.
