Top story today (can't post the link due to word filter!)

No one's condoning speeding, but the government's way of spending money on adverts like this is, indeed, rather sinister. "You lose your licence speeding and you're just a kid again". As one commenter pointed out, does that mean your not an adult if you don't have a car?  :-?
