Festive over indulgence.
« on: 02 January 2010, 23:14:32 »

Most of us probably have... i certainly have eaten & drunk far too much, HUGE Indian takeout tonight, must've ruined at least half a stone of this years efforts.
Not uncommon for many of us i know but this year I'm booked in to have my hernia (umbilical) done on 3rd of feb. & pre app/blood test etc on 27th Jan so as from back to work monday the 4th i'm on rations.

As every year, after a relaxing time with the family around me, I've lost weight.   :) :) :)

I put it down to stress... :)
