I was just walking up a slight incline & a dog ran across my path at around 100 meters infront of me. This dog was in a well fenced off triangular shaped field, it ran towards one of corners, but when i got around the mound of earth that was blocking my view of where it ran to the dog had vanished within seconds & there was no tracks in the snow anywere. It hadn't doubled back either, because i would've seen it.
I was questioning at this point if i'd even seen it, but i know i did for sure. There was no one else around for a good distance.
I've been thinking about it all day & i still can't come to a conclusion. Very wierd

I really dont buy ghost theories but...

Around 3 months ago I was at the heritage centre (a Thursday evening) and it was about 9.30pm when we were packing up.

We had to take some items back to No 1 building (the workshop which is where the steam enegine and major projects are kept), we were stood there and somebody was throwin bolts.

We walked all round and found nobody.....its only when a sodding great big steam bolt lifted off a bench and went flying into the pit that I went a little cold.

I am told it happens fairly regularly and has been called 'Fred'

I love ghosts, they fascinate me! I've seen 1 and experienced several more!
Apparently we have 1 in our sons bedroom, he often talks about a little boy who comes out of the shadows and breathes at him, Jimbob saw him in our bedroom doorway once. Could explain why that room is always cold even when theres heating on!

I was always totally convinced that all that kind of stuff was complete crap until about 10 years ago when we moved into a big old house. In the 5 years we lived there there were dozens of things that happened which were similar to your experience - things moving about in front of your eyes,doors being kicked in the middle of the night when there was no-one the other side of them etc, the list goes on and on.One night Mrs Albs saw a man walking into the bathroom, followed him in there but when she got in there was no-one there. Was a very creepy place to live but Im not sure that I would call it a ghost,dont know exactly what it was tbh. :-/ :-/

I was still in my 30,s then (just) and a couplof years away from my first pair of specs.I even had some hair left on top of my barnet.
