Well a lot has been said about conserving our planet, and prices for running a car in the USA have risen since I was last there..........I had to pay up to $2.63 for a GALLON of regular fuel

Well it was around $1 when last there!!

But...........their prices for cars, pick up, and VERY large 4x4's are still amazingly cheap. Around $25,000 (cash backs of $5,000 are commonly being offered !!) will buy you the latest GM / Chevy 3.5 (to me) super coupe, with all the mod cons. $30,000 will buy you a very respectable super 4x4 'truck'!!
Yet again I was very tempted to enquire about importing one of the products!!

Everywhere you go in the States there are just so many varients, models, brands of car, pick-up, and truck available, with seemingly still a high demand for new vehicles. What was very interesting though was how Toyota, along with other foreign car companies have come to dominate the US market, making many of the classic American cars look decidely dated and even obsolete!!

You can see why the American made car market is so much in trouble!!
