1st fall of the year ...not the last

Had to head to my gym to do an induction for a new member and all was fine on the walk there came out and just heading out of the car park and whamm on my back ;D ;D ;D . Seemed to happen in slow mo got up trying to look cool  ;D ;D. Not way don,t think this will be my last somehow.

Also drive a Savage 25 niro truck...and flys a Bell 47 twister Savage 46 ss and a Tamiya audi TT ..for now.

aye i was walking down mi path earlier then whoop legs up in the air land on mi back,garage panel pebbledash cuts on mi hand,i went ouch damn and blast it

You're not the only one Steve.
My Mum's taken a tumble earlier this afternoon whilst out taking some pics of the snow, she went flat on her back & banged her head, she doesn't remember the walk home of around twenty mins & also some of the journey to the Drs is hazzy :(
I spoke to her earlier & she seems fine :)

 :-[ I did a 'pratt=fall' on ice today; despite being half a mile form the nearest humanity; I still looked `round in embarrassment lest anyone have seen me go a comedy-cropper! ;)

You might all already know this but ....

If you can sacrifice an old pair of sports socks, put these over your shoes when on snow/ice. You look like a loony but it stops you going arse over tit  :y

I am terrified of doing this so I am ultra careful now.

Last time I fell like this I was sore for a week, I can even remember what was on TV before we went out.
