Cole, 29, faces a driving ban after police recorded him driving his black Lamborghini Gallardo sportscar at 104 mph (167 kph) in a 50 mph zone near London on Nov. 17.

Cole was not present at the hearing at Kingston Magistrates Court, where his lawyers argued unsuccessfully that the police speed gun might have been faulty. Magistrates' chairwoman Judith Jewell said Cole may be banned when he is sentenced on Jan. 29.

Wonder what the sentance will be?

It really pisses me off.....£100,000 each week.....a Lambo......as much sex as he wants .....from any girl he likes.......all this for kicking a football about on a piece of grass.
Why do we worship so called celebs so much in this country ..........crazy. :-/ :-/ :-/ :'(

He's a pretty much universally-hated footballer who is motivated by money and greed, who is married to (and cheated quite publically on) Cheryl Cole, of X-Factor fame. Who is gorgeous :y
