Linguine bolognese.....

......is what one has for ones evening meal, if one picks up the wrong type of pasta. :-[

I love experimenting with different flavours & foods.
My latest idea is Naan Bread, Chilli Sauce, Garlic, Chopped Tomatoes, Bird Eye Chillis & Grated Cheese, placed under a medium grill until the cheese is nicely browned :P :P :P :P
You can't just have one ;D

Linguini Bolognese is impossible.

Italians match the pasta shape/calibre to the sauce consistency/viscosity.  Wrong shape, sauce doesn't stick, you die of starvation.

Did you add superglue to the sauce? :)
