Thanks people. Its getting easier and easier as the days go on. SWMBO is still smoking which makes it a little harder but she is being really good and not smoking while I am around! :y

Same here. There's been a pack of hers sitting on the end of the workbench in my garage ever since. It makes it no harder, IMHO, so don't be tempted to use it as an excuse to start again. :y

I'm definitely not going to do that. I don't want to start again. I feel loads better already. Just need to lose some weight now and I might be able to play some football again!  :y
