Christmas day mishap
« on: 27 January 2010, 21:41:04 »

This is what I found on the road at 5ish christmas evening, after someone ran into me and drove off.  >:( >:( >:(

Scratches all down the side and a dent in the rear door.

Only got my brother to email these now.

Since then its been attacked with a hammer, filler and some paint, will get some pics up if I can get hold of a decent camera.  8-)

Happy Christmas then  :'(

My car keeps getting hit (car park knocks only) and people just drive off-luckily I see them do it outside my office and go after them.

Its rude and selfish-I could never do this and leave.

Must have been uninsured and afraid of getting caught...

Commiserations-hope you get it sorted ok  :y

Picked it up Monday after 6 days in the bodyshop and €500 lighter in the pocket.  :(

Thats the third time outside the house, twice with my mothers micra and then this :(

Looks like new now though, had the whole side resprayed :)

My mate couldn't believe it was the same wing on it ;D

the amount of uninsured cars on the roads is scary and the price of insurance is so high people do run rather than a claim on their policy it bloody stinks when the innocent man has to foot the cost

Took me a while to figure that one out until my dad spotted a car sliding around the corner at the top of my road and going sideways right into the spot where it was parked on that day. Looks like the back end slid into the front of my car followed by the rest of it.

Again it come down to peoples inability to drive on ice and snow :( >:(
