I think my MV6 will be here end of next week and I need to put my Cherished Transfer on it. I currently have it on Retention. Can I do this at the same time as I tax the car?

If its on retention, the transfer is included in the fee paid - £80 for the retention, £25 for the transfer as I recall.

You can tax at the same time as the retention is transferred and, if you do it at a LVLO - DVLA local office - then they will do the new MOT at the same time as they issue the new disc and make everything hunky dory....
