It seems to me.... the clampers (criminals).....only like to accept cash.
If they are a legitimate business..(and not a bunch of ex-cons....with a certificate in GBH)....then why do they not accept credit cards....as would any other legitimate business?.
If any business needs regulation .....it's this rabble.  :( :( :( ;)
