The one I had tasted like liver and paxo.

close.... liver, heart, lungs and other bits and bobs, mixed with oatmeal and assorted seasonings.  Agreed, an aquired taste, but better than some of the other regional cack I have endured over the years....   ;D

Can't beat a plate of scouse. I've tried it. Sadly the majority of the british public are unimformed food heathens as one or two have proved. Your loss...."Taxi to Farmfoods?" ;D ;D :D

So we didnt have any.

One night we had some lovely sliced fried sausage.

There's a shop in Liverpool that does (or did) frozen scouse. ;D
