Some supermarket eggs are from caged birds & so they won't taste as good as say your free range from your local farmer who's chickens roam freely to pick up all the good stuff like insects & worms etc. You get out what you put in :)
My dad kept fowls, we used to sell the eggs from our chickens, duck & geese. Milk to from the goats, goats milk is good if you're asthmatic.

If you bake cakes, use duck eggs, they make the sponge really fluffy :y

I forgot eggs benedict although making the the hollandaise sauce is a faff, lovely though.

Scrambled with smoked salmon or proper ham for brekky.

Egg mayo for your sarnies (plenty of ground black pepper)

Soft boiled eggs with toastie marmite dippy soldiers!!!

Egg & bacon in a toasted muffin (cheese optional) mine are better than maccie d's.

Scotch eggs. If you can be bothered vary the taste by adding herbs & garlic to the sausage meat for italian or coriander, cumin, turmeric & chilli for indian.  :P :P :P

A nice sharp lemon tart.

A creme caramel.

A robust aioli  (made with olive oil).

Fresh pasta.

A proper carbonara sauce.

Who remembers the TV advert for eggs? He is in cheap hotel/b&b and comes down for breakfast, the owner (woman with headscarf) shouts though how do youwant your eggs?  He sits back & thinks or loads of ways he could have eggs cooked, as she shouts back 'fried or boiled'
I assume it was to do with 'go to work on an egg'  ;)  ;)
