Smile for the camera please.

Hi everyone,son in law just received NIP for speeding,40 in a 30 zone.
He was caught on the17/01,are they supposed to serve the NIP within 14 days or is it longer.

14 days to the registered keeper of the vehicle.  Deemed served if proof posted within the 14 day period.  No written NIP if driver stopped and verbally warned at the time of the offence.
