Irish bobsleigh team

After the death in the luge the Irish bobsleigh team are refusing to compete until the course is gritted..........................I'll get my coat

I thought it was because they got knackered pushing their bobsleigh up the big icy hill  :o :o :-? :-? ;)

In the 4 man bob, the one in the front steers, the one at the back brakes.  What do the middle two do other than push, jump in, and hang on??   :-/
