Could someone please help with a question.

How do I paste a video clip into a post, so that it can be played in the post, rather than sending you to another site to view it ?.

I know how to paste photo in the post, but the videos don't seem to work in the same way.

And is it possible to do the same with an automated powerpoint presentation.

Found some funny's to put on here for others to have a bit of a chuckle at, but need help to get them transferred.

They need to be hosted some where,no matter howyou do it.
