Thanks for asking  :)

not yet, stripped down the front brakes this evening, all looked well. Took it for a drive, noise still there, hard-ish right lock 20-30 mph, metal rotating / grinding noise, which increased with speed, sounded disc related but fronts look ok as do the pads (which are brand new)

Inspecting rear brakes tomorrow   :y

Not seen your other thread.

Had problems in the past with the dust plates that stop dirt getting in on the inside of the disks, suffering once from something jamming and on one car, not sure which make I suffered damage from one that was rusting away.

Worth checking.  :y

metal plates behind the disc`s. can rub on the back of the disc, just like the noise you are getting. :y

Not sure if the Migs have them.

It's a back plate thats is fixed, so that crap and dust does not afect the inside of the disk, genrarly better inspected with the disc off, but can possibly be checked ok with the front wheels on full lock.

Look at the disc in the pic, there is a dust/back plate behind it that is slightly larger.   :y

disc movement was ok, dust on the pads but they were brand new while ago. Must be something brake related as it started just after i stomped on the brakes to avoid MrIcan'tuselanes  >:(

if you spun them whilst straight ahead it would be, i had the same problem, noise would only appear on full lock with weight on it. drove me nuts for days until i sussed it.

Hummm , might need to re-vist the front brakes then, and take the disc off  :(

dont need to take the discs off, try bending the plates away from the disc a little.

Thinking about it, if i had lock on, and stomped on the brakes it could have bent them?  :-/
