In praise of Aviva
« on: 02 March 2010, 18:50:28 »

I've just been reading some of your comments ref insurance companies on other threads. I have to say that when my missus had her bump in January, aviva could not have handled the claim better. From the moment I phoned them up after the accident right through to the car being delivered back, they were very polite and efficient.
No doubt a few will come back at me with howls of derision and tales of raised premiums etc., but I consider the service I received as first class and, as you know, I'm not easily impressed.

Nice one, It's allways good to hear the good side of a companies performance, after all it's thier reputation that will help others to use them for insurance, or not in some cases.  :y

Although we didn't renew with them, Admiral handled SWMBO's claim very well too. They just needed a bit of a kick at the end to cough up a bit more for the write off value, though  ::)
