I was asked today if i could work friday & monday this coming easter weekend. One of the shipping companies we pull for has hit us with 37 40ft containers of charcoal that gets turned into what you cook/burn with & we deliver them around Lancashire, Burnley, Blackburn & Clitheroe. They process/pack them into what we buy from the mainstream strores.. i sleep while they empty the container on double bubble + 8 hrs BH pay, empty back & home.
   Only downside is i have to work on the rare occasion my birthday falls on a BH.

aw thats annoying, even normal weekends are so precious, to me at least, moneys money though, and paid sleep cant be bad.

...and i'm hoping so much for a half decent summer, now that we've had a decent winter, decking all sorted out the back with lighting, heater and garden furniture.


...of course now i've said that we'll get 9 months of rain...

No. I just need to get into the swing of it, and prioritise my diary a bit. Seem to be out every evening at the moment. Committee member of 2 radio clubs, then gliding club, a camera club, Campaign for Real Ale, etc...
