Only had two hours on it tonight, but got a fair bit done:
Surfaces cleaned, cam cover gaskets and O rings fitted, cam covers on and torqued.
Rear coolant transfer pipe fitted with new seal and lots of sealant!
Old spark plugs out (One felt like it was going to snap :-/ ) - thankfully it didn't
New spark plugs in
Coolant Bridge refitted with new washers
HBV re-fitted and all rubber hoses at the back of the engine connected and secured
CTS and temp gauge sender re-connected
Thermostat housing re-fitted (Using mark's sealent recommendation)
Front transfer pipe re-fitted and secured (bit of a bodge, used existing seals and some sealant in the housing (But will make a proper job when I can get up to Max's)
DIS Pack re-fitted and plug connected (my poor knuckles)
Crank sensor re-connected
HT leads re-fitted, routed and shoved in the plug wells!
Tomorrow, assuming I don't get called into work, I just need to change the Rad, get all the inlet and plenum on, get the air injection stuff on at the front, and work out the vacuum pipes. Get the cable trays on.. just bits and peices really
Fingers crossed it will run tomorrow night!!!
