It's mine! Thank God she found it. I'll PM you my address and, as a thank you, I'll send your daughter £20.

I would take it to the Police, TBH. If not claimed they will probably give it back. If it were mine I'd be glad of someone handing it in, as you say. :y

Bear in mind they are easily traced, so don't put it on ebay.

also putting it on ebay with no charger, no box, no nothing is going to scream nicked. Its EMEI number will be barred by the operator anyway, so hand it in  :y

If you have one near you, take it to an apple shop, they'll tell you when, where and by who is was bought by  :y

Personally, if it was me, I would hand it in and pray no one claims it

No.

1) Its going to be blocked by the owner via its EMEI number, rendering it useless, unless you want to do some serious hacking.

2) If your found to be selling 'stolen' goods eBay thats not good, Police will be involved.  ;)

If you want an iPhone, buy one!

Happened to my nephews iPod which he won, it broke they then told his mum everything about it, where it was purchased, by who and when  :-/

I would probably flog it to be honest mate, not via ebay though, via a free listing site.
