My knees are bruised, I cut my head, a fat lump if a guy trod on my right hand, my hands are shredded and I have a long bruise across my lower torso where I was leaning out on the shrouds.... but I had a fantastic time.  Training on the saturday beasting us so we know what we were doing in our relevant positions (I was mast man due to my size) and Sunday raced the Warsash series finishing 3rd over the line and at least 2nd once the time penalties are accounted for.

Right I am off to bed zzzzzzz
