James, I am truly truly grateful from the bottom of my heart, maybe no more WARNINGS , there are two members here who know what I am refferring.
Thank you James, Well Done.  :y :y :y :y
P.S. It was raining as well.  :y :y :y

Di - no problem - she is running as smooth as silk now.

In a nutshell - water ingress killed the old coil pack.

Drying the wells, and replacing the coil pack has sorted it.

Also cleared the codes, and none have come back after a little test, so fingers crossed.

Just to add - I gave your brother some advice about keeping the water away - it's important to sort out that joint, else it will only happen again over time, when bad weather comes. (That said, the new coil pack seats much better and tighter).
