I cant understand the actions of some people on here.  They purport to be high and mighty yet all they have done tonight is try and goad someone into a fight.  I mean get a life!  The whole point of an open forum is the freedom of expression.  Whether I like you or not I dont push your buttons deliberately or try and start a fight.  Grow up or get lost!  KW may not be a new member as such but pilling into him within hours of his return is not cricket.  This is a nice forum where the intention is for people to be nice and civil to each other so lets continue in that vein, eh?  If you cant then at least live and let live, eh?  :y

on a general note though,
it is an open forum on an open internet that is open to all, break all you can do about that weather we want to or not, cant please all the people all the time...deal with it.

I've purposely resisted answering these threads, in the hope they would run their course, but that obviously is not going to happen.


I concur mostly with Gaffers comments above.  It is obviously apparently the KW/KillerWatt has upset a number of members in the past, judging by some of the responses in these threads. For the sake of harmony, can we try to start again?


May I remind everyone of the forum rules:

Members being offensive to other members will not be tolerated. Offensive or abusive public threads or private messages will be looked in to and appropriate action taken by the Moderators.

That applies to everyone, including me, you, and KW/KillerWatt.


As far as I'm concerned, personally, any slates have been wiped clean from this point. For the sake of harmony, lets let bygones be bygones.  Any future transgression that the Admin Team decide is offensive/abusive towards members will result in action.

Don't take it for granted (which is what this thread does). 

By the way, the standard abbreviation (in England) for  kilowatt is kW (small k) not that I am making any suggestions re KW's status on this forum.
