Mini video camera
« on: 30 March 2010, 20:07:20 »

Just got one of these:
 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Key-Chain-DVR-Recorder-Spy-Video-Webcam-Camera-30fps_W0QQitemZ170463384217QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CCTV?hash=item27b068d299

Here's a YouTube clip of one attached to a front bumper:

Not had a chance to do anything with mine yet but I've seen a bike ride video made by a colleague who attached one to his helmet and it's the same quality as the car video clip. A little more wind noise, but apparently the car video has it mounted in "an enclosed area"(wherever that may be) on the bumper.

For under a tenner, it's excellent.  :y

got a little camera like that myself, been meaning to mount it on my helmet for when i take the bike to Isle Of Man.

You need to take camera word out of your ebay link to make it work, even if you do, that item has been removed now  :)

For the techies amongst us:

The best 'all round' performance is with the No.3 jobbie, and is the one I had on the previous Flea-Bay link.
