Hello,

As you may already be aware I have bought the 3.0L cams from Laidbacks old estate.

I have all the bits, but I need help and this weekend would be ideal!

I need a V6 locking kit as the belt has to come off

I also need some help, and don't mind travelling to you - laden with beer in return!

Its going to be a case of changing the 2.5 cams over for the 3.0 ones I will have.... I am no where near confident enough with this on my own sadly, otherwise I would have a crack at it...

So this is my cry for help!

i'd love to get stuck into changing some cams, unfortunately my exams loom and now is the wrong time really......

Hiya James,

I'm sure I could get everything off but then moving the crank to a certain point to release tension, and then re-timing etc I wouldn't be able too - and the last thing I want to do is cock it all up and that be the end of my car which I now love!

I've also got to get this thermostat done as its still stuck open.. just going to order the seals and bolts I'm missing for it now..

Instead of beer I could always offer an elite wheels re-finish  ;D
