have just recieved this e mail from tqvlis@yahoo.com

As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in
the PayPal system. We recently noticed the following issue on your account:


Unusual account activity has made it necessary to limit sensitive
account features until additional verification information can be collected.

We have been notified that a card associated with your account
has been reported as lost or stolen, or that there were additional problems with your card.

Case ID Number: PP-xxx-xxx-xxx
 

Please fill in all the details that are required to complete this verification process.


To do this we have attached a form to this email. Please download the form and follow the
instructions on your screen. NOTE: The form needs to be opened in a modern browser which has
javascript enabled (ex: Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3, Safari 3, Opera 9)

ive forwarded to paypal.
i had 1 last week from the manager at hsbc asking for money to release 15m in a will and i get 40%. cant wait to get my 6m   ;D ;D ;D

SAD.

Using a yahoo account for one.  But I allways remember when I signed up with paypal, they said they would never send me an email, they would allways contact me via the user screen once I have logged in, only email I would ever expect from them is one I would have requested if I had forgotton my password.

I have had a couple of these from pay pal, I sent them to pay pal who thanked me, have had others too, they look so real, even down the the senders email, I can understand why some may be fooled :(

Mind, get caught by the Nigerian, etc, bank fraud you deserve what you get... :D :D :D

I get loads of this kind of thing. If in doubt, bin them, and never, ever follow a link in an email.

Thats good advice mate.

Loads of these paypal scams about at the mo :(
