yup its happened again, the demise of another ar35, this is getting beyond a joke, admittedly this one ive never been 100% happy with as it always sounded like it was slipping a bit but it got me through the winter,
so its under the car yet again to change the box :'( im thinking of trying it blindfold as im more than used to it by now, i got let down on the use of a workshop a couple of weeks ago so its gonna be awkward again unless of course anybody wants to earn some beer tokens giving me a hand ::) ::)

nope, well yup & nope, that gearbox was odd whereas it would sort of labour when pulling away & then give it a bit more & away it went,,,,not guilty m`lud ::)
& thanks for the sympathy chaps,,,,,& guy im coming over for a drive in your consul if thats o,k ;D ;D

cheers pete, well i was going to have a go perhaps at the weekend sometime, but as i have all the time in the world at the mo i can do it to suit you ( i bet you didnt expect that answer ;D) like i say though its going to be an axle stands & jacks affair, shame i couldnt find a local workshop as the car will still drive a little but only got 1st & 2nd gears left!. :'(

Being the gallant chap i am i offered to make a fellow southerner a cup of Rosie Lee (not a brew as you northerners call it). The minute he pitched up the surround fell off the CD player & the genny ran out of petrol!!!!
