Can I borrow £1.89 please?

 ;D I know it sounds stupid, but had an email from ebay telling me my account has been suspended for non payment of £1.89...didn't know anything about it.
The bank account tied to my paypal account hasn't been used for ages and is empty...and I've lost my paying in book for that account.
Could some kind soul lend me £1.89 to my paypal account so ebay stop telling me they are going to send debt collectors for that amount?  ::) Did make me laugh.
I know it is actually quite cheeky asking this  :-[

I had it recently except mine was the grand total of £0.01p!!! And they suspended my account for it!
