http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Helm

Am now trying to think what car or film I am thinking of.  The car in the movie I am trying to remember had  moving message display on itm that displayed something like "If you can read this you are driving too close"

Cant find a reference to a matt helm movie but the Intercepter has a lot of appreaances in other TV programs.

I had an Interceptor many years ago.

The Baron drove a CV-8

Robert Vaughan in the Protectors drove an Interceptor.

Wish I could have another one-worse on fuel than my Range-rover.
