You could if you practised 12 hours every day which is what most classical pianists do - by contrast Rick Wakeman practises approx 2.5 hours each day.

Niece piece but not too difficult to play - I prefer even simpler piece's like Satie's Gymnopedie or Griegs Morning Mood from the Peer-Gynt suite - beautiful yet simple piece's.

I think if you practice 2 hours a day, you'll be fine. 2 hours a day is enough to be able to play fairly good after few months. But of course, if you want to be a professional, you have to stay with the piano at least 10 hours a day. Everything has its price!
