Well it looks like the old house might be sold soon.......Just crossing my fingers the surveyor gives it a clean bill of health.... :-X :-X

It's hard work to beat a rising housing market no matter how much you save, believe me. I'd get on board now while prices are lowish and mortgages are cheapish. :y

Had you have got on the ladder 4 years ago when you couldnt afford it then it may only cost you half as much as you cant afford now.   ::)
