Been off work today, yesterday I started with a dodgy stomach, late yesterday realy bad stomach and bottom.

Overnight I thought I had a hangover.

Definately not good

There's always something 'doing the rounds'. Don't get me started on the crap that's out there. All man made and all out of control.
