maybe a pm with your words of wisdom, rather than rip him to bits would help. he is a very understanding chap & welcomes all advice offered.

Hi all,

Thank you for your most generous consideration Mr B - I didnt realise the Exchange battle moved to over here.  soory I was unable to wish you a good night.  Take care.

Mr Skruntie - I have replied to the other thread - please do read at your leisure.  I am waiting for you to respond to that before I delete it (as I have now worked out that I can!!) just so that you can have your last public say as I feel it is very important to you.

I too need to hit the sack I am actuall late already. but I promise I shall wait untill you have responded just for fairness sake.  :)

Mr Skruntie, I have to be up by 6am so please excuse me - I am going to retire for the night.  I have waited considerably to no avail, you are yet to respond.

God willing, we shall revisit these matters later.

Good Night all. x

It would have been so much easier to hit the Alert Moderator button and let them deal with it as they see fit.

Morning All,

I am overwhelmed by the greatness of the users here - this forum is truly a one of a kind.

I am further delighted to learn that Mr Jimbob has passed a verdict on this matter in addition to others that feel certain people have perhaps gone about this the wrong way.

Like breaking rules is a certain "no go" so is deliberate avoidance of following proceedure - the alrert Mod button is there for a reason and I certainly ecco that.

I do feel belittled but I am willing to overlook that as to me overall - the fellow people here never cease to amaze me - I am forever indebted for your just, considerate and indeed sujective analysis of such sensitive matters. a BIG thank you all. x
