The twilight zone?
« on: 20 May 2010, 18:18:16 »

I've been feeling a bit negative today, what with my collapsed sewer, failed MoT and so on.

I decided to record Scooby Doo for my son, but the Freeview remote started acting very strangely. I pressed the channel changer and nothing happened, until a good 30 seconds later when random channels started to appear...
I went to collect my kids from school, got in the Omega and it refused to start (TC light stayed on). I collected the kids in SWMBO's car and tried the Miggy again. Still the same. Called the AA. Patrolman arrived. He turned the key and the car fired up as usual. Deep embarrassment :-[ :-[ , but relief as well.

Question is: Are these events due to my strong negative force field interfering with delicate electronics?

weeeoooo weeeooo :o :o :o :o

or

do I need to get a new crank sensor and TV remote?

 ;) ;D ;D ;D

you're usually so negative i'm surprised your kettle works, never mind the tv  ;D

ps the freaky remote control thing happens to our sky controller now and then - its like you press the buttons and theres a 60 second delay - unplug it, leave it for 10mins and switch it back on in my experience  :y
