Couldn't you simply have the little end's machined down a little, and have some gugion pins made up to suite ?. Good engineering company should be able to do this.

Any chance you can take a photo of the conrods and post it up, so we can see just how bad the damage is ?.

I'll try to find out if there was another model which used the same conrods, maybe worth expanding the search for replacements.
