I'm made up. If people have a legitimate grievance, and want to withdraw their labour, so be it.

Legal again but still doomed to failure. The company will probably either beat Unite once and for all or go bust trying. Which is exactly what it should do imo. :-/

BA is an awful company, just read Richard Brandsons Autobiography about their tactics when Virgin Atlantic was formed.

They deserve to go bust!

Personal likes or dislikes shouldn't come into it, but I can't stand Willie Walsh, so I hope he loses his job.

I read that book, a very interesting read. To be fair to BA though, it is run by a completely different set of people these days though. I have a fair bit of respect for Willie Walsh tbh. ;)

He was the only one with the 'dangle berries' to jump in a plane and fly around the UK to prove that the elf,n sayftee wimps were talking crap about the volcanic ash. I think he also knows its pointless trying to talk to those two idiots who run unite. They have a political agenda which belongs in the 7o,s and arent worth wasting time on imo. ;) :P

if people want to strike they have the right then go for it, but,  when 1000s are buggered by the ash , then they strike, they dont get much confidence, they could have postponed it a while, and said, right so as to help the passengers, we will strike later in the year, but no.

Yeah. They should have gone on strike just overnight, when there weren't any flights. That would get them what they wanted.
