I have read your mail but I dont think your propositions will work out,REASON;I cant have all the money to foot all the expenses,I am not made of money,I am not a rich man,I contacted so that both of us can make our fortune,I have not told you that i will take 75%,or foot all expenses.

I also want you to know that I am not compeling you to honour this offer against your wish,if you think you are not comfortable with it,I think the best thing for you to do is to tell me that.

If you are really out for it,I think we have to discuss it properly,both sharing and expenses,both of us are going to be liable.
