Agreed on both counts... But the Mini has sat where it is for 5 years, and stood for another 2 years before that. It needs a proper rebuild but I just don't have the time/space to do it.

The Caravan has a little evidence of damp, but nothing fresh and stays dry all year around. We've even stayed in it over New Years in the past. I only paid £200 for the van and could easily get £1500 for it (complete with accessories). We would miss it (I expect) but just don't use it the way we had intended to.

Not a massive outlay on the plants, it's the preparation, raised beds, shed etc... We have decided we want £100 worth of Box Hedging for the front though, to finish it off  ::)

keep the mini - you know you both want to. Sell the caravan and don't buy the tent as you have the use of motor caravan. Use the caravan money to finish the garden and maybe buy some bits to start the mini project - finish mini project and make a profit or keep it.

I think you will need some dicipline to make that plan work and find some time..

They are both slowly rotting away due to age/lack of use.  Reality is you will never have time to do the mini.

As to the caravan, thats a no-brainer, PIKEY :P

There is no keep the Mini options...... :( :(

You could always give me the Mini, it could then sit for a few years more while I get grief off swmbo for getting yet another project.....
