a Golf virgin :)

Me a few mates from work had a knock about at a local course. I've never played before & we all had a right laugh. I really enjoyed it & i'm looking forward to next time :) :)
I lost one ball, but found four  ;D ;D
I'm defo gonna get some clubs from the carboot when i see some. I'm not competetive, but i love the taking part & having a laugh ;D :) :) :)

Which hole did you find the most challenging....what is the windmill or the seesaw ??  ;D ;D ;D ;D :y

yer get on the course with yer mates and have a good walk about and a good laugh,its bout time i got my golf sticks out :y

Used to have a golf course at the back of the garden. I used to love it and I was often to be found on the fairway.

It was a great short-cut to the local pub. :y

Sportsdirect.com (or whatever they are called this time) usually sell a full set, albeit Dunlop, for £80....


MDTM - my golf may as well be crazy golf  :-[.  Teeing off at La Manga in under 3 days, not swung a big bat since I was there last year...  ...this could be 'interesting'  :-[  :-[  :-[

Played golf as a total amateur for about 11 years now, yet still I would be happy if I could get my losses down to one ball a round........

Costs me a bloody fortune......

Haven't played for 5 or 6 years due to one thing and another, used to go to Portugal every year with a few mates, one day golf next day drinking next day golf and drinking then we dicovered drinking and then golf, now that was interesting.

Managed to tip the buggie over at Parque de Floresta, clubs everywhere  ;D

golf has to be the best game going, you can get away from it all for the day 18 holes, then the bar and lunch and another 18 holes after. i bought mine and my sons off amazon, great deals off there, mine are rams and ive also added to them.

good excuse to get away from the wife too  ;)
