I Phone Lost Photos
« on: 26 June 2010, 20:57:49 »

Before the slating the offending article isn't mine but the other halfs.

Problem is she has downloaded the latest apple update (increased zoom on camera, folder in folder etc) but it sems to have lost all the photos she had stored on it.

Anybody know anything about these things as i have no idea?

TIA Dave :y

hopefully you backed it up before updating?

If not I believe sadly they are gone.

You may be able to do a restore from a previous point if a back up was ever made

Her phone, if she didn't manually back up the pictures, her problem ;)

If she won't accept that, tell her to ring crApple, who also won't be able to help.

Finally, tell her you can't put a shine on a turd

Yeah there is no massive or 'mega' new feature, just lots of updates as you say. I've gone from about 4 screens to just 2, and put all folders at top so the actual background can be seen! OS3 was ultra stable, only rebooted it about 3 times since i got it, time will tell on V4
