"Admins should lead by example"
I think the last few threads, do have a point. If there are going to be rules / guidlines, then it is not only fair for everyone to abide by them, and not this one rule for one, and a another for everyone else. Otherwise this is going to set a bad president, and there could / will be a feeling that Admins are acting like politions, and do as we say, not do as we do, and I think that would be a sad day if it comes to that ?.
Let's look at the bigger picture here, if your a newbie, and you come across threads of a nature whereby aiming your comments to another member on here, with the intention of upsetting them doesn't look good for us as a whole being the OOF. And would you stay for long if this seams the normal ?.
And if in a conversation about car forums are brought up, and someone new who's just joined, goes back to their friends with negative comments, what happens, when a once good reputation of a forum goes downhill :-/.
If reading this, then admin decide to have a go at me personally, or start to mess with my level of membership, then so be it, because I have a life as well as this one on here, and I have to end by saying I'm disapointed a member on here, when this sort of thing happens... And this isn't the first time this has happened, and it'll probably happen again, but for Christ sake were adults aren't we, and surely were better than this.
Anyhow, I've said my piece, so let's get back to doing what this forums suppost to be all about, and that's helping each other out, and banding together, because if a small community on here can't, then there's no hope for us as the world !!!
