Loo rolls
« on: 23 April 2007, 19:34:20 »

Keeping everything ot a very basic level tonight, I see that singer Sheryl Crow has said a ban on using too much toilet paper should be introduced to help the environment. (Yes, it's true!)

Crow has suggested using "only one square per restroom visit, except, of course, on those pesky occasions where two to three could be required".

I foresee a society when the local plod will surround your khazi and say "OK, we know you're in there, and we know you've just used four sheets. Come out with your hand up."

I wonder if she's got a slightly different diet to me.
Can't see one sheet working somehow...

Forgot to post the link:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/6583067.stm

Apparently, she has also designed a clothing line with what she calls a "dining sleeve". The sleeve is detachable and can be replaced with another "dining sleeve" after the diner has used it to wipe his or her mouth.  ;D

That would go down well in the Savoy. ::)

One for up,

one for down,

I remember the old school issue. It was called Bronco and like greaseproof paper. Impossible to use less than half a roll each time as it redistributed rather than cleaned.  ;D ;D

Clearly designed to spread the offending excrement thinly over a large area rather than remove it....
