ive splashed out and ordered 3.......what can go wrong? ive payed by paypal so they have no financial details and if they dont turn up i file it with paypal.

my bro ordered 4 of the fox ones at a quid each and 50 of the OZ Gemini ones, paying by paypal, he'd lose £4 max, gave his landline number, told me to answer if they happen to ring, assuming they'll ring saying they cant fulfil the order, i'll try to at least blag the 4 that he genuinely paid for, i believe they might have a legal obligation to sell at the listed price

No, as I suspect their smallprint says that the sale is not agreed until dispatch, or similar wording...    ...the listed price is an offer of sale, not a legal requirement.  Even if they did legally enter a sale, if they can prove the price is obviously a mistake, they have a get out...

i also notice they have an order cancellation charge too

Now could i be right to suspect that when they contact you to tell you they will not sell at the price you paied, do they cancel the transaction and slap the charge on unless you agree to pay the correct price?

(hence the reason I got my brother to do it!)
