Windows 7 query

Does anyone get issues with HDD space on windows 7? mine seems to fluctuate with remaining space without me actually doing anything.

Solid State (RAM) or HDD is all still memory, a cache does not have to be held in RAM, can often be held in the HDD. Some beast apps like Photoshop CS will have huge caches
