It kinda looks like a glider but with some very useful bits absent - the bits between your @rse and the tarmac when you make a heavy landing, for starters. :o

Is this the new RAF fleet being demoed following the defence cuts?

Nah, the RAF version has no landing gear as such only skid..s (marks) ;D
